  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 5, delete 'increase
collaboration and' and insert 'develop a plan to increase
collaboration and develop'.
  In line 6, after the first comma insert 'community colleges,'.
  In line 8, delete 'nine' and insert '12'.
  After line 18, insert:
  ' (E) One member who represents a career school.
  ' (F) One member who represents a nonprofit organization.
  ' (G) One member who represents the Department of Community
Colleges and Workforce Development.'.
  In line 19, delete '(E)' and insert '(H)'.
  In line 20, delete '(F)' and insert '(I)'.
  In line 21, delete '(G)' and insert '(J)'.
  In line 22, after '(3)' insert 'For the purpose of developing
the plan described in subsection (1) of this section,'.
  In line 24, after the first comma insert 'community colleges,'.
  On page 2, line 11, delete 'a report' and insert 'the plan
developed as provided by this section'.
