  In line 12 of the printed bill, delete 'to' and insert '.  The
Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development
shall'.
  In line 13, after '418.663' insert 'if the requirements of
section 2 (1) of this 2009 Act are met'.
  Delete lines 14 through 16 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + (1) The moneys received from the
tax imposed under ORS 320.013 (1) may be distributed to the
Oregon Youth Conservation Corps as provided in ORS 320.013 (2)
only if the corps develops and implements an outreach plan to
recruit and retain corps participants.
  ' (2) The corps shall report to the Seventy-fifth Legislative
Assembly not later than February 1, 2010. The report shall
include descriptions of:
  ' (a) The demographic data about participants in the corps.
  ' (b) Efforts made by the corps toward recruitment and
retention of eligible youth in the program.
  ' (c) Obstacles to participation in the program by eligible
youth. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + The amendments to ORS 320.013 by
section 1 of this 2009 Act apply to the operation of amusement
devices in amusement device tax years beginning on or after July
1, 2010. + } ' .
