  In line 4 of the printed bill, after 'Services' insert ', in
collaboration with the Office for Oregon Health Policy and
Research,'.
  In line 5, after 'reinsurance' insert 'and other mechanisms for
spreading risk'.
  In line 28, delete 'submit the report' and insert 'report on
the status of the study'.
  In line 29, before the period insert ', and shall submit the
report described in subsection (3) of this section to the
Legislative Assembly no later than December 1, 2010'.
