  In line 2 of the printed bill, after 'goods' insert a period
and delete the rest of the line.
  In line 5, delete '(1)'.
  In line 7, delete 'procures' and insert 'uses public funds to
procure'.
  In line 9, delete 'five' and insert '10'.
  In line 10, after the period delete the rest of the line and
line 11 and insert 'The contracting agency may set a higher
percentage by order if the contracting agency, in a written
determination to support the order, finds good cause to set the
higher percentage and explains the contracting agency's reasons
and evidence for the finding.'.
  Delete lines 12 and 13.
  Delete lines 16 through 22.
