  In line 18 of the printed bill, delete '(1)' and insert '
(1)(c)' and delete 'any agency'.
  In line 19, delete 'referred to in subsection (1) of this
section' and before 'by' insert 'the Administrator of the
Personnel Division'.
  In line 20, after the period delete the rest of the line and
delete lines 21 and 22.
  Delete line 28 and insert 'July 1, 2009.'.
