                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to electricity.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Public Utility Commission shall undertake a
study of electricity needs in Oregon in order to identify
opportunities for the development of electricity from renewable
energy sources. The commission shall report the results of the
study to the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2009 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2012. + }
