                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to qualifying renewable energy projects.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Public Utility Commission shall undertake a
study of qualifying renewable energy projects, including but not
limited to those related to solar photovoltaic energy. The
commission shall report the results of the study to the
Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 1 of this 2009 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2012. + }
