  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 4, delete 'shall' and
insert 'may'.
  In line 9, delete 'shall select no more than six' and insert
'may select one or more'.
  In line 12, delete 'shall' and insert 'may'.
  In line 13, delete 'required' and insert 'allowed'.
  Delete lines 22 through 27 and insert:
  ' (5) The department may use funds received under this section
for the costs of administering this section. All remaining funds
received by the department under this section shall be paid into
the Department of Education Account established in ORS 326.115 to
the credit of the pilot project established under this section.'.
