  On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 8 through 10 and
insert:
  ' (2) The Joint Boards of Education shall develop a plan for
offering applied baccalaureate degree programs at community
colleges and state institutions of higher education. The boards
shall consider the following types of programs for the purpose of
offering some of these types and the possibility of combinations
of these types:'.
  In line 22, after 'cluding' delete the rest of the line and
insert 'any necessary accreditation by the relevant accrediting
agency;'.
  In line 28, delete 'and'.
  In line 29, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (f) A recommendation as to whether community colleges should
be allowed to offer applied baccalaureate degrees.'.
