  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, after 'amending ' delete
the rest of the line and delete line 4 and insert 'section 4,
chapter 455, Oregon Laws 2005.'.
  Delete lines 6 through 30 and delete pages 2 through 5 and
insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + } Section 4, chapter 455, Oregon Laws
2005, is amended to read:
  '  { +  Sec. 4. + } The amendments to ORS 192.501 by section 3
 { - of this 2005 Act - }  { + , chapter 455, Oregon Laws
