A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to emergency medical personnel.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Department of Human Services shall adopt
rules to allow an applicant for certification by indorsement as
an emergency medical technician, as defined in ORS 682.025, to
substitute experience and certification by a national registry of
emergency medical technicians for education requirements imposed
by the department. + }
