                         Amended Summary
  Modifies conditional and outright permitted uses of land zoned
for exclusive farm use. Modifies criteria for uses.
  Specifies circumstances under which formerly permitted use may
be expanded.   { - Allows construction of replacement dwelling on
land zoned for exclusive farm use if certain conditions are
met. - }
  Specifies procedures by which county may amend its land use
regulations to conform to Act.

House Bill 3099, having had the same under consideration,
respectfully reports it back with the recommendation that the
House concur in the Senate amendments dated June 2 and that the
bill be amended as follows and repassed.
 
  On page 1 of the printed B-engrossed bill, line 2, after '
provisions;' insert 'and'.
  In line 4, delete '; and repealing ORS 215.297'.
  On page 2, line 45, delete the first comma.
  On page 3, lines 1 through 9, delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 6, line 45, restore the bracketed material.
  On page 7, lines 1 and 2, restore the bracketed material.
  In line 3, restore '(x)' and delete '(w)'.
  In line 6, delete '(x)' and insert '(y)'.
  On page 9, lines 43 through 45, delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 10, lines 1 through 7, delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 13, lines 33 through 35, restore the bracketed
material.
  In line 36, restore '(z)' and delete '(y)'.
  In line 39, delete '(z)' and insert '(aa)'.
  On page 26, line 13, delete the second 'or'.
  In line 14, delete '(2)(w)' and delete 'or (2)(y)'.
  Delete lines 25 through 28 and insert:
