and insert '14'.
  After line 14, insert:
  ' (G) The Director of the Department of State Lands or a
designee.'.
  In line 15, delete '(G)' and insert '(H)' and delete ' five'
and insert 'seven'.
  Delete lines 21 and 22 and insert:
  ' (iv) One member representing sport fishers or the sport
fishing industry;
  ' (v) One member representing community-based fishing
interests;
  ' (vi) One member representing nearshore industry other than
the fishing industry; and
  ' (vii) One member representing nearshore recreation other than
fishing.'.
