  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete lines 22 and
23 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + } (1) The Oregon Broadband Advisory
Council is established within the Economic and Community
Development Department. The council shall consist of 14 members,
of whom:'.
  On page 2, line 17, after 'a' insert 'voting'.
  In line 18, before 'member' insert 'voting'.
  In line 29, after the first 'the' insert 'voting'.
  In line 34, after the third 'the' insert 'voting'.
  On page 3, line 9, delete 'Oregon Broadband Advisory Council'
and insert 'Economic and Community Development Department'.
  In line 10, before 'council' insert 'Oregon Broadband
Advisory'.
  In line 11, delete 'council' and insert 'department, on behalf
of the council,'.
  In line 36, after 'appropriate' insert 'interim'.
  After line 41, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + Sections 1 to 4 of this 2009 Act
are repealed on January 2, 2016. + } ' .
  In line 42, delete '5' and insert '6'.
