                             SUMMARY
 
The following summary is not prepared by the sponsors of the

brief statement of the essential features of the measure as
introduced.
 
  Establishes additional amount authorized for issuance of
general obligation bonds for energy conservation measures for
public and Indian tribe buildings for 2009-2011 biennium.
  Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2009.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an
  emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
amounts authorized, as provided by ORS 286A.035, for issuance of
general obligation bonds during the 2009-2011 biennium, the
following amounts are authorized for energy audits of, and
installation of cost-effective energy conservation measures for,
public buildings and buildings owned by federally recognized
Indian tribes in Oregon: + }
