  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 2 through 6 and
insert:
  ' (2) The Department of Human Services shall work with the
United States Department of State to implement the Convention
requirements for Convention adoptions.'.
  Delete lines 11 through 13 and insert:
  ' (a) Develop minimum requirements for the placement and
supervision of a child who is the subject of an outgoing
Convention adoption.'.
