  Directs Oregon Liquor Control Commission to make
recommendations for improving procedures and requirements for
private clubs obtaining licenses under Liquor Control Act or
Oregon Distilled Liquor Control Act.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to private clubs.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Oregon Liquor Control Commission shall
study the procedures and requirements by which private clubs
obtain licenses under the Liquor Control Act or the Oregon
Distilled Liquor Control Act. The commission shall make
recommendations to the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly on
improvements in the licensing process. + }
