  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, delete 'and resident of
this state'.
  In line 17, after the semicolon insert 'or'.
  In line 19, delete '; or' and insert a period.
  Delete lines 20 and 21.
  On page 2, line 13, before the period insert ', or an exchange
accommodation titleholder that does not hold title to property
located in this state'.
  In line 14, delete 'accommodation titleholder' and insert '
facilitator'.
  In line 36, after 'exchange' insert 'accommodation' in both
places.
  On page 3, delete line 4 and insert 'accommodation agreement.
If the exchange facilitator is a publicly traded company and
remains a publicly traded company after the change in control,
the publicly traded company need not notify existing clients
about the change in control.'.
  In line 13, before the period insert 'within 12 months'.
  On page 4, line 3, after the semicolon insert 'or'.
