  Delete lines 5 through 7 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 6. + }  { + (1) For the biennium beginning July
1, 2009, expenditures by the Employment Department for
unemployment insurance claims from the Unemployment Compensation
Trust Fund are not limited.
  ' (2) For the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, expenditures by
