A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to state financial administration; appropriating money;
and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + (1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
the General Fund appropriation made to the Legislative
Administration Committee by section 1 (1), chapter 762, Oregon
Laws 2007, for the biennium ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by
$165,615.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Administration
Committee by section 23, chapter 860, Oregon Laws 2007, for the
biennium ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $150,000.
(3) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Administration
Committee by section 3, chapter 832, Oregon Laws 2007, for the
biennium ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $23,000.
(4) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Administration
Committee by section 37 (1), chapter 910, Oregon Laws 2007, for
the biennium ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $210,812.
(5) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Administration
Committee by section 1 (2), chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for
the biennium ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $277,564.
(6) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Assembly by section 5
(1), chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for the biennium ending June
30, 2009, is decreased by $2,237,159.
(7) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Assembly by section 4,
chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for the biennium ending June 30,
2009, is decreased by $466,955.
(8) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Counsel Committee by
section 9, chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for the biennium ending
June 30, 2009, is decreased by $428,108.
(9) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Fiscal Officer by
section 13, chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for the biennium
ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $297,000.
(10) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the General
Fund appropriation made to the Legislative Revenue Officer by
section 14, chapter 762, Oregon Laws 2007, for the biennium
ending June 30, 2009, is decreased by $49,902. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
