  In line 7 of the printed bill, delete '$3,477,178' and insert
'$3,058,414'.
  In line 9, delete '$7,460,944' and insert '$6,962,582'.
  In line 15, delete '$2,045,936' and insert '$2,423,652'.
  After line 17, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the amount of $500,000 is established for
the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses from lottery moneys allocated from the Parks
and Natural Resources Fund to the State Department of Geology and
Mineral Industries for activities and projects to implement
section 4 (10), Article XV of the Oregon Constitution. + } ' .
  In line 18, delete '4' and insert '5'.
