                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an
  emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + In addition to and not in lieu of amounts
previously authorized, as provided by ORS 286.525 (1) (2005
Edition), for issuance of revenue bonds during the 2007-2009
biennium, the amount of $36,903,000 is authorized for Oregon
Department of Administrative Services lottery revenue bonds. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect on its
passage. + }
