  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 14, after the first ' Act'
delete the rest of the line and insert 'grants, federal Violence
Against Women Act grants and any other state or federal grants
related to serving victims of violent crimes, property crimes and
crimes involving fraud or deception, that are'.
  On page 2, line 6, delete the boldfaced material and after '
grants' insert ', federal Violence Against Women Act grants and
any other state or federal grants related to serving victims of
violent crimes, property crimes and crimes involving fraud or
deception'.
