  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, delete 'and 809.280'.
  On page 2, delete lines 11 through 17 and insert:
  ' (6) The court may waive an amount that is at least $200 but
not more than one-third of the fine imposed under subsection (4)
of this section, if the violator performs at least 30 hours of
community service.'.
  In line 18, delete '(8) The' and insert '(7) Except as provided
in subsection (6) of this section, the'.
  In line 23, delete '(9)' and insert '(8)'.
  In line 27, delete '(10)' and insert '(9)'.
  Delete lines 30 through 45.
  On page 3, delete lines 1 through 43 and insert:
