  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 8, delete 'the child's
siblings or grandparents' and insert 'one or more other children
who are under 18 years of age'.
  On page 2, after line 6, insert:
  ' (5) As used in this section, 'parent' has the meaning given
that term in ORS 416.400.'.
