  Repeals sunset on provisions requiring certain agencies and
officials to notify long term care facility or residential care
facility that person seeking admission to facility is on
probation, parole or post-prison supervision after being
convicted of sex crime.

Relating to sex offender notification to care facilities;
  repealing section 16, chapter 671, Oregon Laws 2005.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
