  Expands range of activities that count as providing drug test
falsification equipment.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to drug test falsification; amending ORS 475.920.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. ORS 475.920 is amended to read:
  475.920. (1) A person commits the crime of providing drug test
falsification equipment if the person intentionally
  { - delivers, possesses with intent to deliver or manufactures
with intent to deliver - }   { + manufactures, markets, sells,
distributes, delivers, possesses with intent to market, sell,
distribute or deliver, or transports into this state, + } a
substance or device designed to enable a person to falsify the
results of a drug test.
  (2) Providing drug test falsification equipment is a Class A
misdemeanor.
