  In line 27, delete 'shall' and insert 'may'.
  In line 29, delete 'resolving' and insert 'on'.
  On page 2, line 3, before 'court' insert 'Supreme'.
  In line 4, after the period insert 'Appeals to the regular
division of the tax court described in this subsection shall be
expedited and determined within 90 days, unless the tax court
determines in its discretion that it requires additional time.'.
  In line 5, delete 'ap-'.
  In line 6, delete 'peals of tax court determinations' and
insert 'cases'.
