insert '366.157,'.
  On page 9, after line 25, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 12. + } ORS 366.157 is amended to read:
  ' 366.157. The Department of Transportation shall administer a
program for the   { - employment - }  { +  involvement + } of
youth in the prevention and cleanup of litter and vandalism.'.
  In line 26, delete '12' and insert '13'.
  In line 27, delete '13' and insert '14'.
