  Expands confidentiality of strategic investment program
negotiations to include participating city.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to confidentiality of strategic investment program
  negotiations; amending ORS 285C.620.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. ORS 285C.620 is amended to read:
  285C.620. Notwithstanding ORS 192.410 to 192.505, the identity
of an applicant for an eligible project determination under ORS
285C.606, the application form submitted to the county governing
body and the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission
and the negotiations conducted between the applicant and the
county  { + and the city, if the proposed eligible project will
be located within a city, + } shall be confidential, until the
county governing body gives notice of its intent to take official
action on the application.
