  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete 'creating new
provisions; and'.
  In line 15, delete 'trust land' and insert 'enterprise'.
  In line 16, delete 'trust land' and insert 'enterprise'.
  In line 20, delete 'trust land' and insert 'enterprise'.
  After line 25, insert:
  ' (c) Land designated as a reservation enterprise zone pursuant
to paragraph (b)(A) or (B) of this subsection may be outside the
boundaries of the tribe's reservation.'.
  On page 2, line 9, delete 'Reservation partnership zones ' and
insert 'A reservation partnership zone includes lands within the
jurisdiction of a cosponsoring city, county or port and'.
  Delete lines 27 through 30.
