  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete lines 5 and 6
and insert:
  ' (a) A payment that a financial institution can identify as
being one of the types of payments described in subsection (2) of
this section from information transmitted to the financial
institution by the payor; or'.
  On page 17, line 6, delete 'or can readily be identified by
you' and insert 'or can be identified by you from information
transmitted to you by the payor'.
