A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to guaranteed associations.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Department of Consumer and Business
Services shall study options for allowing guaranteed associations
to vary premiums and deductibles based on the actual or expected
health status of a member of the association or the member's
dependents. + }
SECTION 2. { + Section 1 of this 2009 Act is repealed on
January 2, 2012. + }
