  Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Oregon International
Port of Coos Bay for repair, restoration and improvement of
railways and acquisition of rail cars.
  Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2009.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay;
  appropriating money; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + In addition to and not in lieu of any other
appropriation, there is appropriated to the Oregon International
Port of Coos Bay, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2009, out of
the General Fund, the amount of $___, which may be expended for
repair, restoration and improvement of railways and acquisition
of rail cars. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2009 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2009 Act takes effect July 1,
2009. + }
