  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, after line 4,
insert:
  ' (a) 'Original employing governmental agency' means a
governmental agency that first employs an employee in a position
that requires training.'.
  In line 5, delete '(a)' and insert '(b)'.
  In line 6, delete '(b)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 7, delete '(c)' and insert '(d)'.
  In line 8, delete ', but are not limited to,'.
  In line 9, before 'and' insert ', the cost of salary and
benefits paid to another employee to cover the workload of an
employee in training'.
  In line 10, before 'employing' insert 'original'.
  In line 20, delete 'by rule' and insert 'a policy providing
for'.
  In line 21, after the second 'employing' insert '
governmental'.
