Council on Court Procedures Amendments to ORCP

Amendments to ORCP Promulgated December 11, 2010 (pdf)
This material reflects the changes to the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure that were promulgated by the Council on Court Procedures, pursuant to ORS 1.735 (1). The council made its promulgations on December 11, 2010, and submitted the changes to the 2011 regular session of the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly. The Legislative Assembly did not amend or repeal, or provide an early effective date for, the council's promulgations. The council's promulgated changes took effect on January 1, 2012.

Amendments to ORCP by Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly

(2011 Regular Session)

One Act of the 2011 regular session of the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly amended ORCP 7 C. See section 3, chapter 398, Oregon Laws 2011 (Enrolled House Bill 2667). The amendments to ORCP 7 C by section 3, chapter 398, Oregon Laws 2011, took effect on June 17, 2011.

(2012 Regular Session)

One Act of the 2012 regular session of the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly amended ORCP 65 A. See section 14, chapter 48, Oregon Laws 2012 (Enrolled House Bill 4168). The amendments to ORCP 65 A by section 14, chapter 48, Oregon Laws 2012, took effect on March 16, 2012.
