Chapter 5 Oregon Laws 2011

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5051

 

Relating to state financial administration; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. (1) Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 1 (8), chapter 904, Oregon Laws 2009, for a six-year period beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon Department of Aviation for the Joseph State Airport runway reconstruction project is increased by $52,632.

          (2) Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 2 (2), chapter 904, Oregon Laws 2009, for a six-year period beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for the expenditure of federal funds collected or received by the Oregon Department of Aviation for the Joseph State Airport runway reconstruction project is increased by $1,000,000.

 

          SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the amount of $2,695,200 is established for a six-year period beginning July l, 2009, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon Department of Aviation for construction of the Aurora State Airport Air Traffic Control Tower.

 

          SECTION 3. (1) Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 2 (1), chapter 99, Oregon Laws 2010, for a six-year period beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for the payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for the acquisition of land and the acquisition, planning, constructing, altering, repairing, furnishing and equipping of the Oregon Veterans’ Home Multipurpose Area is increased by $96,329.

          (2) Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 2 (2), chapter 99, Oregon Laws 2010, for a six-year period beginning July 1, 2009, as the maximum limit for the expenditure of federal funds, collected or received by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for the acquisition of land and the acquisition, planning, constructing, altering, repairing, furnishing and equipping of the Oregon Veterans’ Home Multipurpose Area is increased by $178,897.

 

          SECTION 4. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 1 (4)(e), chapter 742, Oregon Laws 2007, for the six-year period beginning July 1, 2007, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon Youth Authority for the Corvallis House renovation is decreased by $1,000,000.

 

          SECTION 5. Notwithstanding any other law limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established by section 1 (7), chapter 2, Oregon Laws 2009, for the six-year period beginning July 1, 2007, as the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, collected or received by the Oregon Youth Authority for deferred maintenance is increased by $1,000,000.

 

          SECTION 6. This 2011 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2011 Act takes effect on its passage.
