AN ACT

Relating to the financial administration of the State Board of Licensed Social Workers; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees for licensed clinical social workers, adopted by the State Board of Licensed Social Workers and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

(1) Certificate of Registration

as a Baccalaureate Social

Worker application $ 50

(2) Licensed Master’s Social

Worker application $ 50

(3) Certificate of Registration

as a Baccalaureate Social

Worker initial two-year

certificate $ 50

(4) Licensed Master’s Social

Worker initial two-year

certificate $ 100

(5) Certificate of Registration

as a Baccalaureate Social

Worker two-year renewal $ 100

(6) Licensed Master’s Social

Worker two-year renewal $ 200

(7) Licensed Clinical Social

Worker late fee $ 200

SECTION 2. This 2011 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2011 Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
