Relating to campus military recruitment.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. (1) As used in this section, “state institution of higher learning” means:

(a) A state institution of higher education listed in ORS 352.002;

(b) A community college operated under ORS chapter 341; or

(c) Oregon Health and Science University.

(2) A state institution of higher learning shall allow members and agents of the Armed Forces of the United States to recruit on a public campus and shall set rules and standards for such recruitment that are the same as for all other employment recruitment activities allowed on the campus.
