AN ACT

Relating to the financial administration of the Department of Consumer and Business Services; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted by the Department of Consumer and Business Services and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved as follows:

(1) Initial application:

(a) Mortgage lending main office $ 960

(b) Mortgage lending branch,

new firm $ 330

(c) Mortgage lending branch,

existing firm $ 310

(d) Loan originator $ 80

(2) Renewal:

(a) Mortgage lending main office $ 480

(b) Mortgage lending branch office $ 165

(c) Loan originator $ 65

(3) Prearrangement and

preconstruction sales

contract providers:

(a) Certified provider

certification fee $ 390

(b) Master trustee registration

fee $ 390

(c) Limited operations certified

provider fee $ 80

SECTION 2. This 2011 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2011 Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
