  On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 16 through 21 and
insert:
  ' (a) In coordination with the Oregon State Capitol Foundation
established in ORS 173.500, solicit private funding for the
development, design and construction of a memorial to honor
Oregon's World War II veterans;
  ' (b) After arranging for full funding for the memorial under
paragraph (a) of this subsection, arrange for the development,
design and construction of the memorial in the Capitol Mall area
near the corner of Court Street and Cottage Street in the City of
Salem, Marion County, Oregon; and
  ' (c) Seek the input of World War II veterans, as
appropriate.'.
