  Delete lines 5 and 6 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + There is appropriated to the Office
of the Governor, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2011, out of
the General Fund, the amount of $10,298,503. The Office of the
Governor may expend up to 54 percent of the amount appropriated
under this section during the period beginning July 1, 2011, and
ending June 30, 2012. + } ' .
  In line 13, delete '$1,941,910' and insert '$1,856,674'.
  In line 16, after the period insert 'The Office of the Governor
may expend up to 54 percent of the amount established under this
section during the period beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June
30, 2012.'.
