  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 8, after 'bags' insert ' at
no cost'.
  Delete lines 10 and 11 and insert:
  ' (f) Provide single-use checkout bags at no cost to customers
for fresh meat or seafood that the retail establishment packs in
ice.'.
  In line 12, delete '(4)' and insert '(3)'.
  Delete line 16 and insert 'a retail establishment for a
violation of section 2 of this 2011 Act. Each day a violation
occurs at a retail establishment constitutes a separate
violation.'.
  In line 17, after '$250' insert 'per day'.
  On page 3, line 20, after the period delete the rest of the
line.
  Delete lines 21 through 29.
  In line 30, delete '(3)(a)' and insert '(1)'.
  In line 31, delete 'operative date specified in subsection (1)
of this sec-'.
  In line 32, delete 'tion' and insert 'effective date of this
2011 Act'.
  In line 35, delete '(b) Paragraph (a) of this subsection ' and
insert '(2) Subsection (1) of this section'.
  Delete line 39 and insert 'the effective date of this 2011
Act.'.
