greatest permanent value of those lands to the state,'.
  In line 5, delete 'under ORS 530.050'.
  In line 6, delete 'equals 95' and insert 'at a minimum equals
85'.
  In line 13, delete 'equal to 95' and insert 'that at a minimum
equals 85'.
  In line 17, delete 'equals 95' and insert 'at a minimum equals
85'.
