President Courtney:
  A minority of your Committee on General Government, Consumer
and Small Business Protection, to whom was referred Senate Bill
1564, having had the same under consideration, respectfully
reports it back with the recommendation that it do pass with the
following amendments:
 
  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 3, delete ', 86.755 and
646.608' and insert 'and 86.755'.
  On page 2, line 27, delete '7' and insert '6'.
  On page 14, delete lines 41 through 45 and delete pages 15 and
16.
  On page 17, delete lines 1 through 31.
  In line 32, delete '6' and insert '5' and delete '7 ' and
insert '6'.
  In line 33, delete '7' and insert '6'.
  On page 18, delete lines 19 and 20.
  In line 21, delete '8' and insert '7' and delete '7 ' and
insert '6' and after '86.735' delete the comma and insert ' and'.
  In line 22, delete 'and 646.608' and delete '5' and insert '4'.
  In line 24, delete '9' and insert '8'.
