  In line 8 of the printed bill, after the period delete the rest
of the line and delete lines 9 through 12 and insert 'Moneys in
the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Department of
Fish and Wildlife for long-term operation, maintenance and
protection activities that preserve or advance the conservation
values of properties purchased under the Willamette River Basin
Memorandum of Agreement Regarding Wildlife Habitat Protection and
Enhancement between the State of Oregon and the Bonneville Power
Administration, dated October 22, 2010. Moneys in the fund may
not be used to purchase property or easements.'.
