  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 19, after 'state ' insert a
period and delete the rest of the line and lines 20 and 21.
  Restore lines 22 through 31.
  In line 22, delete 'a direct'.
  In line 23, delete 'deposit system,' and insert 'an'.
  On page 2, restore lines 1 through 6.
  After line 6, insert:
  ' (7) Nothing in this section is intended to limit or otherwise
affect a collective bargaining agreement.'.
