AN ACT

Relating to the financial administration of the Oregon State Board of Nursing; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new fees, approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Oregon State Board of Nursing with authority to modify fees by administrative rule or which have not met the maximum amount prescribed by statute, are approved as follows:

(1) Initial Certified

Registered Nurse

Anesthetist certification........................................... $ 150

(2) Renewal of Certified

Registered Nurse

Anesthetist certification........................................... $ 55

(3) Delinquent renewal of

Certified Registered Nurse

Anesthetist certification........................................... $ 65

(4) Limited License for

Certified Registered Nurse

Anesthetist new graduates....................................... $ 175

(5) RN/LPN reactivation fee for

licenses expired more

than 30 days.............................................................. $ 80

(6) RN/LPN reinstatement fee for

reinstatement of license

following a disciplinary

sanction..................................................................... $ 80

SECTION 2. This 1999 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 1999 Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
