Relating to Oregon Disabilities Commission; amending ORS 185.190.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. ORS 185.190 is amended to read:

185.190. The Oregon Disabilities Commission shall meet at a place, date and hour determined by the commission. The commission shall meet at other times and places specified by the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the commission. [Ten] A majority of the members of the commission [constitute] constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. The chairperson shall exercise powers necessary for the performance of the functions of the office of the chairperson as determined by the [Oregon Disabilities] commission.
