Relating to adult foster homes.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 1999 Act is added to and made a part of ORS 443.705 to 443.825.

SECTION 2. The Senior and Disabled Services Division may not require an adult foster home that elects to provide care for a Medicaid recipient to admit an additional Medicaid resident under a contract with the division.
